Creating Link Templates

BLINK's Link Template feature streamlines the link and QR code creation process by providing predefined templates with assigned attributes, ensuring consistency and efficiency. These templates guarantee that every link and QR code is properly structured and trackable, enhancing your marketing and analytics efforts.

You may choose to assign a Default QR Template. This is optional. If a user creates a link using the new template with a default QR template assigned, the default will automatically be displayed when downloading the QR code from the Link Details.

Next, you may define any required custom attributes that should be required for links using this template.

From here, you may drag and drop the attributes to change the order they are displayed in. To add an attribute to the template, click on the Required checkbox. You may also define a default value for custom attributes that are associated with a link template.

To define a default value for a text attribute, simply type in the value to the text box. To define a value for a picklist or checkbox attribute, click on the drop-down and select the value(s) that should be set as defaults.
