In order to authenticate your BL.INK account, use our mobile app, set up one of our partner integrations, or use our API, BL.INK requires the dashboard URL to make sure you’re logging in to the correct account.
The dashboard URL tells BL.INK where the account lives and ensures that a user is logging into the correct account.
Finding the dashboard URL is easy - and it can be found by checking the URL from which the BL.INK account is accessed.
App Users
You’re an app user if you signed up for an account directly on the BL.INK website and are currently on one of our self-service plans or a legacy plan. Your dashboard URL shows in the browser when logging in:
For users on our self-service plans, your dashboard URL is app
Name.com Users
If you signed up for your BL.INK account through our partner, Name.com, you’re a Name.com User.
For Name.com BL.INK users, your dashboard URL is name
Enterprise Users
If you’re a BL.INK enterprise user, your dashboard URL is the URL you use to log in to your BL.INK account. You’ll use whatever precedes the BL.INK domain. Here’s an example:
