Sprinklr Integration

Sprinklr is the most complete social media management platform, allowing brands to manage customer experiences at scale. This integration allows customers to create and seamlessly manage great brand experiences.

Before Getting Started

In order to configure the Sprinklr integration, users will need an API Refresh Token from the BLINK account.  For instructions on finding the API key, please read this article before continuing.

Setting up Sprinklr with BL.INK

Log in to the Sprinklr account and navigate to URL Shortener. Then, click Add URL Shortener.

This will open a page called Create URL Shortener. Fill in the following fields:

    •    URL Name: BLINK

NOTE:

The URL Name field is the name used in Sprinklr to identify a specific short link domain. Users may want to refer to this as the name of the domain itself or a standard name such as "Primary" or "Default".

If configuring multiple short link domains, users may wish to refer to the domain by function, such as "Customer Care" or "Social Domain", etc.

    •    URL Provider: BL.INK (selected from the drop-down)

Under Provider Settings, enter the email address used to log in to the BL.INK account. Then input the Refresh Token and the Dashboard URL. The dashboard URL is the address you use to log in. For example, if you log into BL.INK at app.bl.ink, you will use app.bl.ink as the Dashboard URL.

NOTE:

To obtain the refresh token, please log into BL.INK. For instructions on where to find the refresh token, please click here. For instructions on finding the Dashboard URL, check out this article.

Once the requested information has been entered, click Authorize. Then, select the domain to use with the Sprinklr account. Check the box next to Set as default shortener for publishing
