Trusted Destinations provide Enterprise admins with the ability to pre-approve safe destinations, ensuring that all links created adhere to company safety and compliance standards.
Creating Trusted Destinations
To create a new Trusted Destination, start by logging in to BLINK.
NOTE:
To manage Trusted Destinations, you must be an admin user.
From the left navigation, click on Admin > Trusted Destinations.
Here, you will see a list of all of the Trusted Destination on the account. Click on the New Trusted Destination button in the upper right.

The drawer will open on the right side of the screen.
Enter the destination URL (or pattern expression) in the Trusted Destination field.
In the Module field, select either Default, E-Link, or PowerPages.

Depending on which module you choose, you'll have the ability to set up additional settings.
The Default module will enable the destination for standard link creation within the BLINK account or from the API. After selecting Default, then select the domains for which the new Trusted Destination should apply.
The E-Link module allows you to create Trusted Destinations specifically for E-Link creation. After selecting E-Link, you may then apply the new Trusted Destination to a specific E-Link Template, and select from a list of associated domains.
The PowerPages module allows you to create Trusted Destinations for PowerPages. After selecting PowerPage as the module, you may then apply the new Trusted Destination to a specific PowerPage.
Click Create to save the new destination.

Managing Pending Links
For standard users, when creating a new link that is not on the Trusted Destination list, a pop-up will appear notifying the user that the link's destination is not trusted.
The user can then proceed by clicking Request Approval. This will create the link and will display the link in the Links list in a Pending status. Admins on the account will be notified of a new pending link in their account notifications and via email.
An admin may then login and navigate to Admin > Pending Links to review the link.

Click on the Manage button to the right of the pending link to open the approval settings.
Select Approve to add the destination to the Trusted Destinations list.
Select Approve Once to approve the destination for this specific short link or QR code.
Select Reject to reject the requested link. You may add a note to indicate why the link was not approved. The link will be put in an Inactive status, and the link will not redirect.

For admin users, when creating a new link to a destination that is not trusted, an error message will display indicating that the link is not trusted.
Click Learn More to manage the Trusted Destination settings. A pop-up will appear with two options:
Click Approve to add the link to the Trusted Destinations list. Click Approve Once to approve the destination only for this link. Then click Save to save your changes.
