The My Account section of the BL.INK dashboard allows users to access invoices and make updates to billing information as needed.
Updating or Accessing Billing Information
To update billing information, start by logging in to the BL.INK account. Then click your name in the upper right-hand corner and click My Account.
From here, users can manage account information. On the left-hand side, click Manage Billing to access or update billing information.
NOTE:
For security purposes, only the account owner has access to update the billing information. This button will be omitted from other user accounts.
On this page, users will see the plan and subscription details.
Click Billing and Shipping Addresses to view and/or edit the billing contact information. Once the changes have been made, click Update to save.
To update payment information, click Payment Methods. If there is already a card on file, the details will display here. To edit the existing information, click Edit Payment Method, make any changes, and click Update to save.
If there is not already a payment method added, users will be prompted to input the card information. Click Update to save.
Accepted Payment Methods
Currently, we accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we are not able to accept a P.O. or take an order over the phone.
Accessing BL.INK Invoices
To access the BL.INK invoices, start by logging in to the BL.INK account. Then click your name in the upper right, and select My Account.
NOTE:

This page will display login information, plan subscription settings, and default link settings. On the right, click Manage Billing.
Click the Billing History button to display previous transactions. To get a copy of an existing invoice, click Download on the right.
