Setting up Sprinklr to work with BL.INK

Before You Begin:  In order to configure your Sprinklr integration, you will need an API Refresh Token from your BLINK account.  If you do not have one, please read this article before you continue.

Log in to your Sprinklr account and navigate to URL Shortener. Then, click Add URL Shortener.

This will open a page called Create URL Shortener. You’ll be asked to fill in the following fields:

  • URL Name: BLINK

Note: The URL Name field is the name used in Sprinklr to identify a specific short domain. You may want to refer to this as the name of the domain itself or a standard name such as "Primary" or "Default." If you configure multiple short domains, you may wish to refer to it by function, such as "Customer Care" or "Social Domain" etc.

  • URL Provider: BL.INK (selected from the dropdown)

Under Provider Settings, enter your email address used to log in to your BL.INK account. Then you’ll be asked to input your Refresh Token

Note: You’ll need to log in to your BL.INK account to obtain your Refresh Token. For instructions on where to find your Refresh Token, please click here.

Once you’ve input your Refresh Token, click Authorize. Then, you’ll be prompted to select the domain you wish to use with your Sprinklr account. Select the domain, and check the box next to Set as default shortener for publishing.
