Billing Errors, Updating your Billing Information and Accessing your Invoices

The My Account section of your BL.INK account allows you to access invoices and make updates to your billing information, as needed.

Updating or Accessing your Billing Information

To update your billing information, start by logging in to your BL.INK account. Then click your name in the upper right-hand corner and click My Account

From here, you can manage your account information, and on the left-hand side, you’ll see a section for Billing. Click Manage Billing.

Note: For security purposes, only the account owner will have access to update the billing information. This button will be omitted from other user accounts.

On this page, you’ll see your plan and subscription details.

Click Billing and Shipping Addresses to view and/or edit the billing contact information. From here, you can update your information. Once you’ve made your changes, click Update to save.

To update your payment information, click Payment Methods. If you already have a card on file, the details will display here. To edit the existing information, click Edit Payment Method, make your changes, and click Update to save.

If you do not already have a payment method added, you’ll be prompted to input your card information. Click Update to save. 

Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we are not be able to accept a P.O. or take an order over the phone.

Accessing your BL.INK Invoices

To access your BL.INK invoices, start by logging in to your BL.INK account. Then click your name in the upper right, and select My Account.

This page will display your login information, plan subscription settings and default link settings. On the right, click Manage Billing.

Click the Billing History button to display previous transactions. To get a copy of your invoice, click Download on the right. 

Note: If you require invoices prior to June 2018, please let us know by emailing help@bl.ink

Billing Errors

If you see a charge from BL.INK on your credit card, you or your company is most likely using BL.INK. If you believe you may have been billed in error, please open a new chat or send an email to help@bl.ink and include the following information:

  • Amount of the charge
  • Last 4 digits of your credit card (please do not send the full number)
  • Date of the charge
  • Last name on the credit card
