Account Closure Due to Billing Issues

If we are unable to bill your BL.INK account using the credit card on file and attempts resolve this issue after contacting you via email twice, your account will be downgraded to our Free tier plan.

If we are unable to bill your BL.INK account using the credit card on file, we will attempt to resolve this issue by contacting you via email twice. If there is no response after two sent emails, you will be downgraded to our Free Plan.  Your existing links will continue to work, but the platform will not continue to track analytics information going forward, if your links and clicks exceed the limits of the Free plan. It is easy to update your credit card/billing information and move back to a paid plan.  The steps are:

Log into your BL.INK account.  Note, the admin/owner is the only user with access to billing.  If you are a user and not the admin/owner, you will need to contact the appropriate designee. 

Once you are logged in, please navigate to the name in the upper right corner.

BL.INK My Account

Choose "My Account" in the dropdown menu.

Under Billing you will see "Manage Billing"

Manage Billing

Update the credit card information on file, in addition to any information that you wish.
