Billing Updates, Questions, and Viewing BL.INK Invoices

Under the My Account section of the platform, you can access BL.INK invoices and make updates to your billing information, as needed.

We are happy to offer access to BL.INK invoices via the My Account section of the platform.  You can find them by completing the following steps:

  1. Log into your BL.INK account.  Note, the admin/owner is the only user with access to billing.  If you are a user and not the admin/owner, you will need to reach out that designated individual for assistance. 
  2. Once you are logged in, please navigate to the name in the upper right corner.

  1. Choose "My Account" in the dropdown menu.
  2. Select "Manage Billing"

When the page refreshes, you will locate your payment history as you scroll down toward the bottom of the page.

If you require invoices prior to June 2018, please let us know by emailing help@bl.ink.  We can manually pull those and provide them to you.

To update the your BL.INK Account billing information, please use the following instructions:

  1. Log into your Blink account.  Note, the owner is the only user with access to billing.  If you are a user and not the owner, you will need to check with the owner. 
  2. Once you are logged in, please navigate to the name in the upper right corner.
  3. Choose "My Account" in the dropdown menu.
  4. Under Billing you will see "Manage Billing"
  5. Once the screen refreshes, you may update any information that you wish.

If you see a charge from BL.INK on your credit card, you or your company is most likely using BL.INK. If you believe you may have been billed in error, please open a new chat or send an email to help@bl.ink and include the following information:

  • Amount of the charge
  • Last 4 digits of your credit card (please do not send the full number)
  • Date of the charge
  • Last name on the credit card

We will get back to you as soon as possible with additional information.

Types of Payment Accepted

Currently we accept online payments by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we are not be able to accept a P.O. or take an order over the phone.
